Chef Brian Carson along with Chef Whit Ward and their team artfully prepares and presents the tastiest beef brisket, pork shoulder, lamb, duck, and sausage you've ever had along with beautiful fresh raw and smoked seafood and shellfish. Whether you're in the mood for land or sea, they have you covered. The smoked brisket baked beans and horseradish super-slaw will blow you away, and the smoked sweet potatoes and freshly-fried pork skins have you coming back for more. $1 oysters are a fave, and you can't beat the smoked wings. You'll love the simplicity but be amazed at the execution and presentation. A full bar serves fresh craft cocktails, the perfect selection of ice cold beers, and an amazing wine list chosen specifically to pair with both smoked meats and seafood dishes.
