Just 20 minutes north of the ATL is Roswell, Georgia's 7th largest city and a growing suburb for ITP turned OTP millenials. Why? Roswell is a town filled with preserved history, plentiful green space (over 800 acres of city parks), a killer dining scene, and true community mentality. On any given weekend, you could find yourself shootin' the hooch with neighbors, shopping local on Canton Street, taking in local artists at one of Roswell's many galleries, or sharing food and spirits on the patio of one of Roswell's highly-acclaimed restaurants.
A Nimble. team go-to and as authentic as it gets in Roswell. San Pancho is the spot for a quick, flavorful Mexican lunch at an unbelievable price (... you know it's authentic when they serve take-out on foam plates). Their meat tacos are phenomenal and use simple fresh ingredients packed with flavor. Nimble. note: San Pancho tacos pair exceptionally well with an authentic Mexican Coke or Jarritos in a glass bottle. We may or may not have a coke bottle collection filling our shelves in the RoCo studio 😬.
