In a city besieged by small independent cafes (lucky us), you could be forgiven for thinking that Milk No Sugar might struggle to stand out. The focus on delicious Vietnamese staples (try the Pho) soon cast away any doubts. A relaxed atmosphere can be found inside the stripped back interior, dominated by a satisfying geometric precast concrete ceiling.  The offerings are that rare combinations of cheap & fresh, modest & supremely tasty.
