Originally a small espresso bar pop-up in a Williamsburg barber shop, Parlor Coffee has expanded into this beautiful, chic roastery and tasting room. Currently only open to the public on the weekends, the tasting room is worth a visit for any appreciator of coffee from amateur to aficionado. Sunday afternoon cuppings are a highlight and as interesting in their ritual as they are informative of the coffee industry as a whole and the specific subtleties amongst their beans.
