La Colombe is doing everything right. Their high-quality beans are paired with high-quality milk from Kilgus Farms which makes for a very delicious cappuccino. My favorite in the city (heck, country!) Equally impressive is their Draft Latte, which, you guessed it, comes out of the tap. It is best up with no ice as it has this glorious foam a top a nutty, slightly sweet latte.
