Brixton is one of four restaurants in the country set up by the Clink Charity, in partnership with Her Majesty Prison Service. An innovative approach in the rehabilitation of prisoners, a scheme which gives mentoring and practical training to prisoners, to reduce reoffending rates and allow integration back into society.
