The creation of chef James Knappett and his wife Sandia Chang, Bubbledogs is the catchy name that tells it how it is - an establishment of champagne and hot dogs. 30-odd champagnes in fact and a wide selection of dogs. A warm, industrial interior of bare brick and reclaimed fittings - though notably the copper topped bar is the central feature. More of a champagne bar than a restaurant, drop in for lunch or join the almost constant, but quick moving, evening queue.
