Home of the Bruins, Westwood is homebase for UCLA and its collegiate inhabitants. Westwood also has a rich history in architecture and film, featuring landmark historic theaters that are still open for business. Indulge in an interesting and diverse mix of art, culture, and culinary eats that have the charm of a cozy little town but nestles nicely inside the wide landscape of the city of Los Angeles.
The Westwood Village Farmer's Market happens every Thursday from 12-6pm. Although small, it spans along the block of Broxton and has some favorable organic finds, from stands that sell street food, to farm fresh produce that you would be able to find at any other farmer's market. They also have various stands that sell jewelry, flowers and plants, and other hand crafted products.
