Baker and owner Carmelo Dibartolo starts his workday at 3 am, and makes almost all the loafs and buns and sourdough-wonders by hand. If you are an bread entuiasist, this is the place for you, and don’t be afarid to ask Carmelo about the special wild pearflawored sourdough or the glutenfree station in the bakery. The friendly staff offers breakfast, lunch, pizzas and sandwiches, all in a cozy homegrown environment. The large tables are designed to let people sit next to each other – friends as well as strangers.
