This place is not trendy or retro or trying too hard. Pork cheeks aren't on the menu and your server won't take 10 minutes to describe the barrel-aged morel mushroom event they are hosting this weekend. It's basic but the food is way better than you'll expect, the beer is cold and when you have both of those things on a deck overlooking the Milwaukee River, everything will be okay. The Harp is a great spot to stop before a Buck's game or in warmer months you can dock your boats at one of the public slips out back. It's nuts on St. Patricks Day but chill the rest of the year. Sláinte!
