Bruce's Garden is something out of Alice in Wonderland. You've fallen down the rabbit hole and are now in a fantasy world. Welcome, welcome. It is lovely. There is water, copious plant life, quaintness and quietude. You can come here to read a book, sketch an idea, or just meet new friends. Always warm and community-driven, this beautiful garden is an ongoing thank you and homage to Bruce Reynolds, a long-time Inwood resident that lost his life as a first responder on September 11. It's a space to forget about responsibility and the sounds of traffic. It's a reminder that life is precious and best spent with passion, enjoyment, and beauty.
