The Kaapse Brouwers (literally translated Cape Brewers) is the youngest city brewery in Rotterdam. As part of the Fenix Food Factory on Katendrecht they fit perfectly on this breeding ground of all kinds of crafts. Inspired by the harbor they brew tough city beers for a new generation of beer drinkers. Let them surprise you with their daring recipes, taste experiments and old beers in a typical Rotterdam way.
