Founded and run by an immigrant family from Nepal, Himalayan Cuisine is outstanding. For the adventurous palette, one can count on a delicious, authentic experience. Before taking over the huge building next door, this place always had a line out the door. The service is incredible, and the food is second to none in its class in our humble opinion.
