Just don't call it Cap Hill. What would Seattle be without its generator of grunge, flannel, and Macklemore. Capitol Hill has grown over the years to become a vibrant, eclectic neighborhood full of fancy restaurants, dive bars, glamping shops, and a couple beautiful parks to chill and read a book in. You'll find a pretty diverse group of folks from all walks of life on the Hill. Plus rainbow-colored crosswalks.

An airy restaurant with the highest ceilings you can possibly imagine that serves up comforting, fresh food all the way from breakfast to dinner. Try a Bullseye Biscuit - a buttery biscuit baked with cheese, chives, and bacon in the dough, and a whole egg right in the middle of it.
