Named after Bulgaria’s most renowned author — Ivan Vazov — the National Theatre is a beautiful Neoclassical building and important landmark of Sofia. In front of it lies a vast garden with many benches, lawns and a fountain providing coolness in the summer days. During the day it is the perfect place for repos accompanied by street jazz musicians. At night though, the garden turns into a meeting spot for hundreds of young people who have fun way into the night.
