Kanzleiareal is in the heart of Kreis 4. Here you'll find club 'Kanzlei' and an alternative cinema 'Xenix' with its own bar. In summertime on Saturdays there's a big fleamarket. In warm evenings, the area is crowded with people chatting and having drinks, playing Ping-Pong or Botcha.
