Since this place has opened its doors, it has been one of the biggest attractions in Amsterdam Oost. You can start with their breakfast at 8AM and leave the place wobbling after a few cocktails and some dance moves at 3AM. They even serve a night menu, which is pretty extraordinary in the Netherlands. Fun fact: the organic brewery ’t IJ made a special Bukowski beer, which is served from on tap.
