Ron Blauw is one of the Netherlands' food heroes. He closed his Michelin star restaurant to follow a new dream: opening a bistro. He now has several with different culinairy themes, the one in Oud-Zuid was the first and has a buzzing atmosphere, an open kitchen and lots of wonderfull small bistro style dishes.
