During the week you can smell the solvents of oil colours, hear the noise of a saw and see your neighbor carrying a canvas – art is created. The rooms of HB55 in which today art is produced was formerly a margarine factory. The HB55 is a yellow brick factory with several backyards, here you can still feel the industrial past – huge crude warehouses, loading ramps and rails have remained. Today 200 rooms are used by artists from various fields such as sculpture, design, painting, photography, fashion and many more. The location can be visited and explored on one of the events, such as Gallery Weekend or exhibitions in the warehouse.
