East Brisbane & Woolloongabba

This small pocket, sitting just south-east of the city centre, is scattered with heritage buildings, antique shops and industrial gems, as well as some of the best food and drink Brisbane has to offer. As underrated as it is an up-and-comer, our neck of the woods is ideal for those who like to unwind, linger and most of all, enjoy.

Another Italian powerhouse, Enoteca boasts the best gnocchi around. It’s seriously heaven, ie it will literally melt in your mouth like some kind of delicious science experiment. They’ve also got one of the fanciest wine lists in town – to have in or takeaway – and fun fact: they’ve got a stunning cellar downstairs that you can book for spesh events. Enoteca errs on the finer side of things but you need to treat yourself every once in awhile.
