One of the best Japanese eateries in town, Sushi Kotobuki is fresher than ya mum. Prepare to line up to put your order in, as even on a Tuesday night – ‘Bukes attracts a decent crowd. Whilst eating in is great (if you can nab a table), us locals like to call ahead, order all of the things and drive by to pick up. Order anything because you seriously can’t go wrong.
