The open atmosphere and art deco architecture makes this station unique. It's the main subway stop in Coney Island (D, F, N, Q) and the largest elevated station in North America. The 1920’s terra-cotta façade was restored to its former glory and the station boasts artwork by artists like Robert Wilson, one of the world’s best known theatrical set designers.
