You have to love a place that does one thing and one thing only. Right across from Willis Tower is Pierogi Heavens unassuming storefront. The menus is nothing but classic, rich, doughy dumplings filled with meat, cheese and spinach and topped with sautéed onions and crispy bacon. Simple and great.
