The Heartside neighborhood is located between Fulton, Ottawa, Wealthy, and Division. Heartside has been growing and evolving since the construction of the Van Andel Arena in 1996. The neighborhood is now thriving and full of shops, restaurants, and businesses.

Parliament offers a carefully picked selection of goods from local makers. You can find anything from ceramics to satchels to a sleepy orange cat. The only downside is they're only open 3 days a week (Thursday-Saturday).
