Conchas, cuernitos, empanadas (de calabaza o de camote drool), wedding cake style cakes for any occasion, and—of course—tortillas. Depending on the time of day you can catch them baking all this goodness fresh and maybe even a Mexican hot chocolate. Pro tip: walk in, grab a tray, grab some tongs, and just start loading up.
