Going to Los Alamos is like stepping across the border. There are piñatas hanging from the ceiling, Jarritos sodas in every flavor, giant bags of rice and tortillas, everywhere you look, it’s Mexico. The food is rustic and authentic, come hungry so you can try a few things! The meats are all slow cooked in various chili sauces and the guacamole is made to order. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to watch the sweet ladies making fresh tortillas while you wait for your food to be made. Everything on the menu is delicious and worth coming back again and again.
