Prahran and Windsor are largely defined by the shopping strip running the length of Chapel Street. Prahran houses established markets, public institutions and larger chain stores as well as Greville Street, once the bohemian capital of Melbourne and still with an independent charm. Previously part of the City of Prahran, Windsor boasts an ever-increasing selection of independent eateries, bars and cafes.
Traditional wood-fired Italian pizzas are the hero at Ladro. But the pasta and Italian meats are great in their own right. Along with a solid wine list and 15 beers on tap you wont be short of options. A regular spot for work lunch, or dinner and drinks with a small group. If you don’t have time for a sit down meal, try the spit in the summer months.
