When people think of Mexico City they will, indubitably, think of Centro Historico. Centro Historico was were the Spaniards began building what is now modern Mexico City, and since then it has been the main venue for Mexican folklore. With an area occupying 668 blocks, Centro Historico is a living organism on a non-stop transformation and renovation. You are virtually guaranteed to find new restaurants, bars, galleries and stores every time you visit.

Located in the roof of Barrio Alameda, you get a unique view at the ‘Alameda Central’ a green garden with paved paths and decorative fountains that used to be an Aztec marketplace. Every morning in the common area table, you will enjoy a nice continental breakfast that will be taken to the next level with one of chef Diego Insunza’s mexican dishes, in our case [hand-made sopes]. Decor and architecture is very chic and modern with a touch of mexican elegance. When you enter Chaya, you will feel as if you have discovered a lost oasis, and any possible stress you had will instantly dissipate.
