Downtown Miami

Striking a healthy balance between grit and renewal, Downtown Miami (also home to the Business District) still maintains its character despite being in the midst of a construction boom boasting several mega projects. You'll find the old school electronics & fabric shops alongside new restaurants, and cafes springing up as the area becomes progressively more dense. The neighborhood also boasts some iconic Classic Revival & Art Deco architecture reminiscent of Miami's land boom during the 1920s.

Located on the first floor of Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), Verde is a modern, casual dining waterfront restaurant & bar and an urban retreat. We recommend dining outdoors (although not mid Summer). The patio is an even more gratifying experience, surrounded by hanging gardens, set amidst a contrast of expansive concrete and wood architecture by renown architects Herzog & de Meuron, offering spectacular views of Miami Beach and the Port of Miami. If you get lucky you may even spot a dolphin (or two).
