A revived part of town, this used to be Bombay’s industrial centre of large cotton mills which shut down around 20 years ago. Now - you’ll find these mills repurposed with luxury furniture stores, malls, creative and corporate offices juxtaposed against our signature style Bombay traffic, street side stalls and massive warehouses. This area is really where you can visually see the polarity of Bombay. We’re lucky to be based out of the most quiet and eclected part of the area - Shakti Mill Lane. The Piramal Art Foundation reigns triumphantly in Penisula Park in Lower Parel alongside commercial heavyweights proving that City of Dreams is indeed both financial and cultural capital to India.
