Wedgewood-Houston

Located just a few miles south of downtown Nashville, and often referred to as ‘WeHo’ for short, Wedgewood-Houston is a small, urban neighborhood that houses several of Nashville’s most well-known creative businesses. A long-time home of several art studios and galleries, the area has become largely known as Nashville’s fastest-growing community of makers and doers.

Since 1994, Zeitgeist has played a significant role in the Nashville art scene. The gallery has served as a cultivation ground for new artists and remains a safe place for established artists to experiment and grow. In 2013, Zeitgeist moved from their location in Hillsboro Village to Wedgewood-Houston, a neighborhood that has served as a home to the creative studio community for a very long time. A beautifully simple interior allows for visitors to take in art with no distraction. The gallery also participates in the Arts & Music at Wedgewood/Houston: an art walk that takes place in the neighborhood on the first Saturday of every month.
