In the mid 00’s Diplo bought the Finney & Son mausoleum, and turned it into the headquarters of his Mad Decent record label. The mausoleum became a place for the arts, between the recording artists working there to the artist’s partying there. In 2010 Diplo moved out but the mausoleum’s art community only grew. Now it’s home to music performances, art shows, film screenings, and notorious parties.
