Old San Juan

Paseo de la Princesa

A stroll through El Paseo de la Princesa, is a must when visiting Old San Juan. Originally build in 1853, this beautiful promenade, offers locals and visitors alike the opportunity to mingle. Under the shade of a tree lined path there are usually street vendors, artisan stalls and typical Puerto Rican food. Stunning views of the San Juan Bay are paired with the impressive fortification walls. As you walk the promenade you’ll see splendid fountains and sculptures along the way, these naturally blend in with the exuberant natural landscape.
