Ujlipotvaros - the heart of Budapest Ujlipotvaros is located in the north of city centre. This area was rebuilt as a residential district in the late 1920s and is mainly dwelled by the intellectual class of Hungary. Lot of local people says it’s a separated small town in the big city.
