Ujlipotvaros - the heart of Budapest Ujlipotvaros is located in the north of city centre. This area was rebuilt as a residential district in the late 1920s and is mainly dwelled by the intellectual class of Hungary. Lot of local people says it’s a separated small town in the big city. You can find different sorts of architecture here (but mainly Bauhaus type), which makes this district really unique. Ujlipotvaros’s vibe is given by lots of small bars, cafes, bookstores, florists and design shops.
My Green Cup is a brand new place in Pozsonyi street, and one of my favourites. The place was inspired by My Little Melbourne from the downtown. You can get cookies and sandwiches along with the high quality coffees, in a very inspiring interior designed by a Hungarian team called POSITION.
