Humble Pie is nestled in one of the best stretches of Colfax, right by a ton of bars and other restaurants. They serve up some of the best sweet and savory pies in Denver, and have a super friendly staff. Their pies range from basic (chicken pot pie and apple) to inventively delicious (chicken tikka masala and s'mores). One of the best parts about it is that it shares a space with Cerebral Brewing, which is one of the hottest breweries in Denver. You can easily grab a couple of personal pies to go and wander over to Cerebral for a stellar IPA or sour.
