One of my favorite things to do in KC is slow down with a pour over coffee and then wander down to the river and get inspired by the view. The best place to start the process is at quay (pronounced “key”), the best place in the area to get a caffeinated brew. their attention to detail in brewing is pretty stellar and their offering is some of the best coffees around. If you’re one that admires a good beard you’ll most likely see a few.
