This house was finished in 1901 and got its name from the chocolate color of its facade. Considered as rare example of classic modern style Italian palazzo, it has big halls and smaller rooms with impressive classic interiors. Vast part of the property host art exhibitions and lectures, all stemming from a branch of the Kyiv National Museum of Russian Art.
