Laid out in 1513, Bairro Alto is a neighborhood that truly changes from day to night. By day, this bohemian district is a place inhabited by elderly people and young artists, giving an atmosphere that is both traditional and avant-garde. By night, in “Bairro”, a new bohemian life begins, with bars and restaurants opening their doors and the street party atmosphere begins, mixing different urban tribes, straight and gay.

This small art gallery is big in its regular in-house programming, extending it to other places through several partnerships established at both national and international grounds in an initiative they call “Off-site”.
