At the crack of dawn, when his punk colleagues crawl from parties back to their dwellings, Andrej wakes up to deliver his sourdough, traditional baguettes, focaccias and other kinds of bread. Taking the best of socialism into capitalism, the bakery is open only from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
