One of the keys to happiness in LA, is finding your bubble. Mine is Marina del Rey. This coastal neighborhood has all you love about the Westside without all the riffraff and chaos you’ll find in Venice and Santa Monica. The undeveloped Ballona Creek Wetlands to the south and the Marina and Beach to the west, gives this little neighborhood a sense of space - which can be a rare find in this city. It’s close proximity to Venice, Mar Vista, LAX and the more recently developed Culver West and Playa Vista, means you got a lot of options just a short bike ride away. In fact owning a car here could be considered optional if that’s not your speed.

Sportsball Bar!
Based on the exterior you're probably thinking, "What the hell is going with this place?" But this divey spot has everything you could ask for in a sports bar. Large TV's everywhere? Check. A legit full length shuffleboard table? Check. Pool Table, Air Hockey, Basketball, Pinball, Darts? Check, check, check, check and check! They also offer food but you're better off cruising across the street to In-N-Out.
