Miami River

Flowing from the Everglades in western Miami-Dade County, the Miami River twists through the city until the mouth opens into Biscayne Bay. It’s here where the river splits the city center into Miami’s Historic Downtown and Brickell Financial District with riverwalks on either bank. Explore the foundations of Miami’s Aboriginal people, settlements of American pioneers, landmark architecture, breathtaking vistas, waterfront parks and fine dining.

Their $23 all-you-can-eat taco and all-you-can-drink beer bar on Saturdays from 11:30AM to 3PM is pretty good value for the riverfront. Fresh made guacamole and tortilla soup are also a part of the deal. They have specials on other days of the week too, but bring a sweater because it can get a little chilly inside.
