When he’s not winning James Beard nominations, Chef Lindley’s dreaming in blueprints: He designed the hideaway layout for 5th & Taylor’s massive outdoor cocktail bar and epic infinity fountain. And the bowls for the mashed potatoes, naturally. Okay maybe not the bowls. But we can dream.
