NoMad

NoMad (NOrth of MADison Square Park) is the area between East 25th Street to 29th Street, between Sixth Avenue to the west and Madison Avenue to the east. Officially named in 1999, NoMad is a young neighborhood that has a little mix of everything without the dense crowds of midtown. Because of its varied mix, it is the perfect area to find everything low-key lunch spots to high-end dining to after-work happy hours.

Meaning "India Every Day," this casual Indian restaurant is a quick and easy way to get your fix in the form of tasty bowls. Diners are given an array of grains, vegetables and meats to choose from to build your meal. Inday has a modern vibe to its interior, with geometric tiles and wooden communal benches lining the space. It's a welcome departure from the traditional Indian food restaurant without losing any of its authenticity.
