Rittenhouse Square is one of the most ritzy neighborhoods in the city. But when you spend enough time in it, you realize that right next to the old time glitz and glamour, Weird-Philadelphia is still running strong. It's an area rich in parks, rich in shops and restaurants, and...well...just plain rich. But don't let the fur coats keep you away, there are some real gems you shouldn't miss.
Cook is part classroom, part restaurant, part shop, all focused on the craft of cooking. There are only sixteen highly sought-after seats from which you can watch a simple demo or in-depth instructional class from an ever-changing cast of visiting chefs. If you can get into a class, not only will you learn, but you get to eat some of the best food in town while doing so.
