Rittenhouse Square is one of the most ritzy neighborhoods in the city. But when you spend enough time in it, you realize that right next to the old time glitz and glamour, Weird-Philadelphia is still running strong. It's an area rich in parks, rich in shops and restaurants, and...well...just plain rich. But don't let the fur coats keep you away, there are some real gems you shouldn't miss.
Fitler Square Park is small in relation to nearby Rittenhouse, but this little parcel of land is a great place to enjoy some lunch or soak in some afternoon sun. The farmers market every Saturday is a big plus too.
