Flushing

Flushing, Queens is accessible by the 7 line, LIRR, or an array of local buses. It is one of the only places where you can taste a multitude of different Asian cuisines, catch a baseball game, sing karaoke and window shop with a bubble tea in tow. The neighborhood has changed drastically since the '90s with the influx of Asian immigrants—we just call it home. The only way to experience Flushing is by getting lost in it. We guarantee a tasty time!

In Queensboro Hill of Flushing, Kung Fu XLB is a bus ride over from the 7 train. We know everyone has their preferences when it comes to their soup dumplings, or Xiaolongbao, but hands down, this place is our favorite. The restaurant is owned by a lovely couple who has another location in Manhattan called, The Bao. We prefer the one in Flushing because it's on a block with other hidden gems and this location feels like home. We recommend starting off with the cold appetizers-wood ear mushroom salad or wine chicken, and also trying a bowl of noodle soup. You won't be disappointed.
