You wouldn't expect this place to be in one of Point Loma's many strip malls. They make tasty Cuban food and have a great selection of unique sodas. The owner, Hudi, has a one of a kind personality. He makes this spot friendly and entertaining. If he's working at Embargo you are in for entertaining conversation. We love the details, right down to the cooks wearing matching Cuban fedoras.
