A plane flying overhead every 5 minutes interrupts NTC Park’s peace and tranquility. This interruption is our favorite part of the park. It's a great spot in San Diego to watch planes take off. Wedged between Liberty station and the airpot. Check out the war cannons, play catch with your kids, or let your dog go off leash. This park is extremely under utilized for how nice it is.
