A favorite of fisherman and locals cruising the docks, this market/restaurant has a wide assortment of fresh seafood that you can have cooked right there or packaged for you to enjoy at home. If you decide to eat there, make sure to grab a table on the upper deck where you can get an incredible view of San Diego Bay and the downtown city scape. It's also really awesome to see all of the sport fishing boats off loading the fish they caught.
